Our commitment to you: RescueQR was built to help keep your family informed during vehicle emergencies. We work hard to make this service reliable, private, and easy to use. These terms exist to be transparent about how the service works and to protect both you and us.
By using the RescueQR app or website, you agree to these terms. RescueQR is available free of charge to anyone 18 years or older in the United States.
RescueQR provides a QR-code based emergency notification system. When a first responder scans your vehicle QR sticker, the system helps notify your registered emergency contacts via SMS and provides access to your emergency information page.
🚨 Safety first: RescueQR is designed to complement — not replace — calling 911. In any emergency, please ensure 911 is called first. RescueQR works alongside emergency services to keep your loved ones informed.
RescueQR uses best-effort SMS delivery to notify your emergency contacts as quickly as possible. Like all SMS and internet services, delivery depends on factors including mobile carrier availability and internet connectivity. We recommend adding multiple emergency contacts to maximize the chances someone is reached.

We use HTTPS encryption and secure AWS servers to protect your personal and medical information at all times.
Core RescueQR features are free forever. We will always notify you clearly before introducing any paid features.
We respond to all support requests within 48 hours at support@rescueqr.com.
RescueQR is provided as a best-effort supplementary notification service. While we work hard to ensure reliability, we cannot be held legally responsible for outcomes resulting from SMS delivery failures, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This limitation is standard across all digital services and allows us to continue offering RescueQR free of charge.
If we update these terms, we will notify you via email and in the app at least 30 days before changes take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
